If you and another country or group of countries want to do something like form a group similar to NATO, you could make it official by filling out a Diplomatic Agreement Sheet. You will list the countries involved, the Room, and the delegate's signatures, followed by the Agreement.
Countries: Israel, US, UK, France, Germany
Room: Middle East
Signatures: John, Abe, Kyle, Mark, Sam
Diplomatic Agreement:
We agree to collectively defend one another in the event of an attack on one of us.
These agreements do not have to be limited to military arrangements, and can involve other things such as trade and collective actions.
